Practising Directors

Mr. William LEUNG Shu Yin

     Mr. William Leung is the managing director and one of the founder of our company. He was graduated from the Department of Accountancy, Hong Kong Polytechnic and trained as a practising accountant in several international accounting firms and started the practice under the name of William Leung & Co. in 1978. He is at present acting as an independent non-executive director of several listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Leung has extensive experience in the area of finance and management of various manufacturing and commercial enterprises.

     Mr. Leung is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Certified Tax Advisor in Hong Kong and a member of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute and the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors. Mr. Leung was awarded the Diploma on Practices in Chinese Laws & Regulations affecting Foreign Businesses organised jointly by the Southwest University of Political Science & Law, China and the Hong Kong Management Association. Mr. Leung also spent his leisure time in serving the community. He is a former director of the Po Leung Kuk, a Past District Governor of the Lions Clubs International, District 303, a former Corp President of the St. John Ambulance Association and Brigade, a director of the Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart Disease Association, member of hospital governing committee of Gratham Hospital and a manager of several schools from secondary to kindergarten. Mr. Leung was appointed by the Queen of United Kingdom a Serving Brother of the St. John of Jerusalem in 1995.

Ms. Jennifer YICK Yuet Wah

     Jennifer has over 20 years solid experience in audit, accounting and taxation field. She has extensive experience in handling different audit and tax assignments over a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, trading, property management as well as non-profit making organisations.

Mr. Jason LEUNG Pak Kee

     Jason started his professional career at Big 4 accounting firm. He has over 10 years experience in auditing, accounting and taxation field. He has been experienced in serving wide vararies of clients in different industries including, manfacturing, trading, property investment, financial invesment and charitable organisations.
